Research evaluation 2024/2025

In March 2023, Aarhus University's management decided to initiate an evaluation of research quality across the university's many research environments.

The research evaluation, taking place in 2024-2025 at the Faculty of Arts, is conducted in the three schools, focusing on a range of themes (publications, research ideas, impact, talent development, and interdisciplinarity).

The evaluation comprises various analytical elements based on a quantitative dataset provided by the faculty as well as a qualitative self-assessment from the research environments at CC. An international panel, appointed by the head of school, visited the school in October and has since – based on the visit and the self-assessment – highlighted the department's strengths, challenges, and development potential in the research field, compiling their insights in a panel report.
