The aim of the Business Committee at the School of Communication and Culture is to increase the school’s dialogue and collaboration with the business community, civil society and public-sector institutions.
The committee consists of the entire school management team. The deputy head of school with responsibility for business activities is the chair of the committee. The committee is supported by the management secretariat.
The tasks of the committee are:
- To add substance to and prioritise the school’s strategic initiatives to strengthen interaction with the rest of society.
- To develop and add substance to the school’s interaction with the rest of society in terms of research and teaching.
- To contribute to systematic knowledge sharing and the dissemination of best practice in relation to existing and potential types of business collaboration.
- To support the anchoring of initiatives targeting society and business at departmental level.
- To advise and add substance to the head of school’s discussions in the Arts Business Committee and the Advisory Board.
