The school's management consists of a head of school, two deputy heads of school, a director of studies, and a secretariat manager.

The school secretariat is organised with offices at Katrinebjerg, in the Nobel Park and at Kasernen with local department secretaries. In addition, every location has a department consultant who takes care of administrative tasks on department level as well as school level. The Management secretariat is placed at Kasernen.

At CC, PhD students are assigned to PhD programmes, and all PhD students of the faculty are enrolled at the Graduate School – Faculty of Arts in a PhD programme.
